This part 1 of our visits to Valencia a second visit is planned in March to coincede with the Fallas festival and to watch New Model Army on their 40th Anniversary tour.
Thanks to the aftermath of Storm Dennis our flights back to the UK were cancelled which meant a couple of extra nights in Spain including a stop over in Alicanti where we would catch are homeward flight.
Obviously, I had to go and photograph my favorite location in Valencia the city of Arts and Science in the former riverbed, now the Garden of Turia. This time I used a battered 16mm fisheye lens for the wide angle photos of the Music hall.
As well as modern archecture Valencia has a vibrant old town, part of trip included a Paella making course which included a trip to the art deco Mercat Central to buy ingredients the fantastic structure that was completed in 1929.
We were also lucky enough to view the Tour of Valencia 2020 bike race where the closing part of stage finished on the streets of Valencia

Valencia. Another trip to One of the biggest cities in Spain, and among the most liveliest. It is located at the Mediterranean sea.
