Lockdown in the UK continues, this batch of photographs were taken on the 11th and 12th April 2020
There are obviously a lot of bad things about been in lockdown, but there have also been good things. One thing for sure is the enviroment is a lot cleaner with less cars, trains and planes about the air is cleaner. With less haze in the air moon photography has become a lot easier. The moon last night looked particularly impressive and clear in the oxfordshire sky.
This moon shot was taken about 10:20pm just before I went to bed on a Nikon Z 6 mounted on a manfrotto tripod. Not much post processing has been done with exception of a crop and some de-noising in lightroom. Next time, I would like to borrow a 400mm or 600mm so that not as much cropping is required. May be I will save up for the AF-S NIKKOR 600mm f/4E FL ED VR its a complete bargain at a mere £11k
